By participating in GAGAGO, you acknowledge that gameplay involves physical activity and possible risk. You agree to participate voluntarily, confirm you are physically able to play, release GAGAGO from liability, and allow photos/videos from the event to be used for promotional purposes.

This Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement (the “Waiver”) is made by the undersigned (the “Participant”) for the purpose of participating in activities organized and operated by GAGAGO LLC (“GAGAGO”).
The Participant acknowledges that participation in GAGAGO activities, including but not limited to organized physical games involving running, jumping, throwing balls, contact with other participants, and the use of temporary structures and equipment, involves inherent risks of personal injury. These risks may arise at any time and may be caused by the Participant’s own actions, the actions of others, or the conditions of the premises or equipment.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in GAGAGO activities and use its facilities and equipment, the Participant voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with participation.
The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless GAGAGO LLC, its owners, employees, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or losses of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of or related to participation in GAGAGO activities or use of the premises, facilities, or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or theft.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are physically able to participate in these activities and have no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
This Waiver shall be binding upon the Participant and their respective heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
If any portion of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Waiver applies to all GAGAGO events, activities, and related operations, whether current or future, unless revoked in writing by the Participant. The Participant agrees that this Waiver may be executed electronically and that such electronic acceptance or signature shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
