Volunteer Opportunities
Want to be part of the action and help make GAGAGO events run smoothly? We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers for the following roles:
Check-In/Registration Booth
- Welcome attendees, check tickets, distribute wristbands.
- Requires organization, a positive attitude, and great people skills.
Referees (One per pit)
- Monitor gameplay and enforce rules fairly.
- Basic knowledge of Gaga Ball is helpful—we’ll provide training.
Merch & Refreshment Table
- Set up and run our merch and snack station.
- Help with sales and restocking as needed.
Event Assistants
- Support general event setup, breakdown, and on-the-fly logistics.
- A flexible, team-oriented role—great for energetic problem-solvers!
What We’ll Need from Volunteers:
- Name, email, phone number
- Age (18+ preferred for most roles)
- Availability (specific dates or general interest)
- Any past experience in similar roles (helpful, not required)
Perks: Free snacks, community service credit (if applicable), and first access to future paid roles and exclusive merch.

As GAGAGO expands, we're building a team of part-time and eventually paid contributors. If you’re passionate about events, youth sports, or growing a new local brand, we want to hear from you.
We’re currently looking to fill the following positions:
Photographers & Videographers
- Capture moments from our events for social media, marketing, and recap content.
Social Media Marketer
- Help grow our digital presence through posts, stories, reels, and content strategy.
Administrative Assistant
- Help manage sign-ups, scheduling, and correspondence with schools and participants.
Client Outreach Assistants
- Assist with contacting schools, responding to inquiries, and expanding our reach.
Production/Event Hands
- Help set up and tear down Gaga Ball pits, signage, tables, and gear.
