Events start with a minimum booking footprint, and all quotes are provided in advance—no surprises.

Safety, Supervision & Player Participation

Player safety is a priority at every GAGAGO event.

  • All participants are required to complete a liability waiver prior to play
  • Wristbands may be used to identify cleared participants
  • Events involving minors require adult supervision on-site
  • Our staff manages gameplay flow, rules, and pit access

We’ll coordinate waiver logistics with you ahead of time to keep things running smoothly.

Venue & Logistics Considerations

Before confirming your event, we’ll review:

  • Access from load-in point to play area
  • Surface type (indoor floors must support a heavy wood structure)
  • Power access (if production or sound is requested)
  • Weather contingencies for outdoor events

Travel within the local DFW area is included.

Events outside our standard service range may include an additional transportation fee.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Events should be booked in advance to ensure staff and equipment availability
  • Last-minute bookings are limited and may incur additional fees
  • Outdoor events may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to the full agreed-upon amount
