Weather Policy

At GAGAGO, we understand that weather can be unpredictable — especially in Texas. Your safety and the quality of your event are our top priorities. Here’s how we handle inclement weather for outdoor bookings:

Before the Event

- 48-Hour Forecast Review: We monitor the local weather forecast starting 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

- If rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme temperatures are expected, we will reach out to coordinate a plan of action.

Rescheduling Policy

Free Reschedule: You may reschedule your event once — at no additional cost — due to weather-related concerns if:

- You notify us at least 24 hours before the event start time, and

- The rescheduled date is within 30 days of the original booking (pending availability).

- Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance may result in a reduced deposit refund or rescheduling fee, depending on staffing and setup costs incurred.

Cancellations Due to Weather

If GAGAGO determines the event cannot proceed due to dangerous or unplayable conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, excessive heat), and a reschedule is not possible, you will receive:

- A full refund, minus any non-recoverable expenses (i.e., venue rental fees, third-party staff already paid).

- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Indoor Backup Option

If you're unsure about outdoor weather conditions, we strongly recommend securing an indoor or covered backup location. We are happy to help you plan for this when booking your event.
